Modules

1. Defining Engagement

You have properly heard the word engagement in leadership settings more often than you can count. The word can be very ambiguous. In this video we will not only define what exactly engagement is, but also be introduced to the role that leaders play in encouraging employee engagement.


2. Creating a Sense of Purpose

In this segment we will explore the three angled attacked to increase employee engagement which we call the employee engagement triangle. You will be given specific ‘how-tos’ in regards to the first angle – purpose of meaning.


3. Empowering Employees

The second angle of the employee engagement triangle is efficacy often referred to as empowerment. In this video we will get at the heart of what real efficacy is and how you can you can go about empowering your employees.


4. Promoting Self-Worth

The last angle of our three angled attack on encouraging engagement is establishing self-worth. You’ll learn techniques to increase self-worth and why efforts to maintain self-worth in yourself and your employees will yield many positive organizational outcomes.
